Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Recruiter (Campus/ Early Careers recruitment) for our growing consulting teams in the IMEA region

This role can be based out of our Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh or Doha Office.

The Opportunity

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead the referral process
  • selection, communication, overall process.
  • Support with reporting, strategy, and events planning.
  • Lead the cooperation and relationship with the Marketing department planning, execution, and communication.
  • Build the relationship with global OW teams as well as with the University Career Services and Consulting Clubs.
  • Lead the iProcurement and invoice processing for EL and MBA recruitment.
  • Support in managing the junior team.
  • Liaise with other internal teams such as HC Ops, TM, Mobility to ensure a smooth onboarding process of new hires.
  • Maintain/update recruiting system (Workday) and required databases to support reporting.
  • Assist with other areas of recruitment projects as required.

Experience Required

  • Full end to end recruiting life cycle experience 3+ years of experience working internally as a recruiter and preferably having university / graduate recruitment exposure.
  • Experience within a professional services or management consulting firm is preferred.
  • Experience balancing everchanging work demands in a challenging environment with numerous stakeholders to satisfy.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in changing environment and multitask.

  • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential
  • Workday is advantageous.
  • Strong MS Office skills are essential
  • Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
  • Proficient with data analysis and reporting.
