IT Support Executive.

Description of position:

IT support analysts are responsible for providing a broad range of technical support services, and may also evaluate the overall support program.

They configure, install, and maintain hardware and software programs, and assist with upgrades and integrations

Location:
Dubai, UAE

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

Install and configure hardware and software components

Repair or replace damaged hardware

Upgrade systems to enable compatible software

Install and upgrade antivirus software

Test and evaluate new technology

Perform tests on new hardware and software

Define software, hardware and network requirements

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Maintaining CCTV system

Proficient in Networking System & Network Security measures.

Proficient in Microsoft services such as Administrator, SharePoint, Office365 & etc.

Mail Server/Exchange

Education/Training: High School Diploma.
Experience: 12 years experience in IT industry.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
