    Description

    We are hiring business development specialist to join our direct sales team force for our Abu Dhabi and Sharjah branches in Al Sagr National Insurance Company.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products to potential clients, while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends. The role requires effective communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and target prospective clients.
    • Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with the clients key decision-makers.
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
    • Continuously update and maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals.

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years' UAE based insurance sales experience
    • Proven track record of successful sales experience in UAE insurance industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Driving License
