Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management:


  • Lead and supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.

Engineering Operations:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring optimal functionality of all systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.

Infrastructure Maintenance:


  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the facility's infrastructure to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
  • Develop and execute maintenance schedules, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards in all engineering activities.

Guest Satisfaction:


  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests, concerns, and maintenancerelated issues promptly and effectively.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations by maintaining a clean, safe, and wellfunctioning environment.

Budgeting and Resource Management:


  • Assist in the development and management of the engineering department's budget.
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization, ensuring costeffectiveness without compromising quality.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Sound understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
