Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.

Engineering Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring optimal functionality of all systems and equipment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.

Infrastructure Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the facility's infrastructure to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
Develop and execute maintenance schedules, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards in all engineering activities.

Guest Satisfaction:

Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests, concerns, and maintenancerelated issues promptly and effectively.
Strive to exceed guest expectations by maintaining a clean, safe, and wellfunctioning environment.

Budgeting and Resource Management:

Assist in the development and management of the engineering department's budget.
Optimize resource allocation and utilization, ensuring costeffectiveness without compromising quality.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Sound understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
