Description
Plan, direct and execute overall food production in the area of deployment with effective cost management.- To ensure that his staff maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
- He is responsible for safety matters related to his areas of supervision. He is fully accountable for HSE Policy & Procedures, which are in place.
- Developing of recipe
- Designing and presentation
- Costing (Recipe Management)
- Training (Kitchen and Retail staff)
- Work closely with Outlet Managers and supervisors to ensure full training of presentation styles, set ups and display. Share knowledge, experience and give guidance and support where required at outlets.
- Oversee and conduct food product training at all outlets. Provide image and full instructions as per recipe and presentation of product for display, including garnish.
- Food Cost Control ensure all menu items are costed and fall in line with targets in conjunction with the Operations. Ensure profitability of new products as well as maintaining/improving profitability of existing products.
- Responsible for product quality and packaging integrity, appearance, functionality and retail merchandising appeal.
- To perform any other duties requested by his superiors out of normal routine but within the scope of work.
Requirement
- Experienced in Italian and continental chef are preferred
- Should be at least Four years of experience in UAE on same field (Restaurant, Hotels, Coffee Shops, etc).
Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
