Description

Provide administrative support and perform customer relations duties in the sales department of an automotive shop or equipment repair facility.

Support and work in close collaboration with the sales manager.

Greet and assist customers, coordinate appointments, and process sales related paperwork.

Assist with resolving any customer concerns or issues, with goal of maintaining high standard of customer satisfaction.

Arabic speaking preferred.


Salary:
AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales admin: 1 year (required)
