Salary: :
- Provides highlevel of administrative support to an assigned executive or directorlevel employee.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Requirements and Classifications:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Proven work experience as an admin, secretary, or similar role for at least 12 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A pleasing and joyful personality.
- Neat and presentable.
Experience:
- secretary: 1 year (preferred)
