• Welcome, greet, and smile at customers when entering or leaving the establishment
• Strictly adhere to the Sales Pitch and procedure established by the company.
• Answered "call" orders, recorded, and ensure the items were delivered accordingly.
• Maintain and implement a high standard of hygiene, personal grooming, and safety procedures.
• Responsible for the daytoday check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
• Preparing weekly expense reports and monthly reports to be presented weekly and monthly.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and strict with hygiene regulations.
• Troubleshoot any supplier delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.
• Complete the requisition for inventory and supplies.
• Identify and report any slowmoving items to avoid overpurchasing.
• Labeling items with regard to the pricing, storage, and transfer.
• Monitor food preparation and serving compliance.
• Prepare and serve the full range of beverages sold in the unit, monitor orderliness, tidiness and maintain the eyeappealing display and smooth operations
• Ensure events are communicated to the team to prepare needed items accordingly
• Handle and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents in a positive manner and guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Control the endofmonth inventory and ensure the replenishment accordingly.
• Administer stock arrangement, products' expiry date, and daily requisition orders from the suppliers as per the approval of the Shop Manager
• Verify the appliance of the log book notes by the Barista staff Monitor the Barista staff performance and report to the Manager all discrepancies affecting procedures, quality, and/or standards
• Research, study, and suggest new ideas for the beverage menu that could contribute to meeting/ exceeding the set targets
• Preparing and serving beverages and food items, ranging from simple to elaborate ones
• Serve the ordered food to the customer in a hygienic and friendly manner.
• Produce sales referrals, crosssell products, and introduce new ones
• Answering queries on menu choices, promoting and recommending menu options to customers.
• To operate the POS, ensure that cash collected and given and change are correct.
• Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
• Issue correct change, receipts, refunds, or tickets and redeem stamps and coupons (if any)
• Separate, count, and reconcile the money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Keep reports of transactions
• Process returns and check to see if items are damaged
• Set up counters and restock counters for serving purposes.
• Record and maintain stocks and stock inventory.
• Order items needed to replenish supplies.
• Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the counter/service area.
• Reports any equipment for repairs.
• Collect and maintain database and leads of customers.
• Reports to immediate superior problems, issues, and concerns related to operations (if any and required).
• Perform any other duties as directed by the owner or the owner's representative.
