Looking for a Russian Sales Manager, an enthusiastic team player, who want to work with a leading food trade company as immediate joinees.

Job responsibilities

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Willing to work in both market and office to handle the sales effectively.
  • Introducing new customers and market
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's / master's degree in any domain
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in Dubai Market
  • Adaptability and a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Valid driving license and knowledge of Dubai market
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
