As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and managing the HR department for our startup and seamlessly integrating HR processes across our two existing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Department Establishment:
- Build and establish the HR department for the startup hospitality company, developing foundational processes and systems.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry standards.
Multi-Entity HR Management:
- Oversee HR functions for the two existing companies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Implement consistent HR practices across all entities while considering unique business requirements.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Lead endtoend recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance, and promoting open communication.
- Implement and enforce HR policies consistently across all entities.
Performance Management:
- Establish and manage performance management systems, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Work with department heads to set performance metrics and goals.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Facilitate training sessions on HRrelated topics and compliance.
Legal Compliance:
- Stay informed about UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all entities.
- Advise leadership on potential legal implications related to HR decisions.
Start-up Support:
- Provide HR guidance and support to the startup team, ensuring the development of a strong and positive work culture.
- Play a key role in talent acquisition and management for the startup.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional in the UAE, with experience in multientity management.
- Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead HR initiatives from inception.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Salary:
AED8, AED12,000.00 per month
