Job Overview:


As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and managing the HR department for our startup and seamlessly integrating HR processes across our two existing companies.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Department Establishment:


  • Build and establish the HR department for the startup hospitality company, developing foundational processes and systems.
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry standards.

Multi-Entity HR Management:


  • Oversee HR functions for the two existing companies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Implement consistent HR practices across all entities while considering unique business requirements.

Recruitment and Onboarding:


  • Lead endtoend recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Employee Relations:


  • Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance, and promoting open communication.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies consistently across all entities.

Performance Management:


  • Establish and manage performance management systems, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Work with department heads to set performance metrics and goals.

Training and Development:


  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Facilitate training sessions on HRrelated topics and compliance.

Legal Compliance:


  • Stay informed about UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all entities.
  • Advise leadership on potential legal implications related to HR decisions.

Start-up Support:


  • Provide HR guidance and support to the startup team, ensuring the development of a strong and positive work culture.
  • Play a key role in talent acquisition and management for the startup.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR professional in the UAE, with experience in multientity management.
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead HR initiatives from inception.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Salary:
AED8, AED12,000.00 per month
