    Reporting to the Project Director, theQuality Manager will have overall responsibility for qualitymanagement systems of the Projects assigned.

    Itis expected that the Quality Manager will be a technical leader inthe field, fostering proactive positivebehaviors.

    The Quality Manager will also exhibitbroader leadership, meaning that he will actively engage withinternal and external stakeholders at the highest levels and berecognized as a significant authority for QA/QCmatters.

    Develop QA/QC strategies and plans andprepare QA/QC documentation including flow diagrams, process mapsand procedures

    Act as an internal focal point andsubject matter expert for all quality related matters within theassignment.

    Support the implementation of therelevant standards.

    Provide insight to clientswhich they value, to support the improvement of the clients qualityculture and enhance the policy.

    Guided by projectdirector and in conjunction with the staff, shall manage thepreparing and maintenance of procedures and manuals covering allthe project aspects.
