Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our luxury beauty salon locations in Jumeirah Al Nahda and Business Bay.This role is responsible for driving sales performance maintaining exceptional service standards leading high-performing teams and delivering a consistently premium guest experience while ensuring strong operational control.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly weekly sales targets across all locations
- Drive upselling cross-selling initiatives
- Improve average ticket value utilization overall profitability
