- Build and maintain guestexperience standards in order to build strongloyalty
- Address customers' queriesabout products, prices, availability, product uses, andservices
- Communicate with customers to assesstheir needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs anmeeting or surpassing customersexpectations
- Advise customers on product rangesbest suited to their needs
- Demonstrate usageand benefits of various brands andproducts
- Generate sales, while achieving lineand sales targets, using make upknowledge
- Sell-out target tracking at storelevel
- Generate daily salesreports
- Participate in achievingincentives
- Track post-launch sales at storelevel
- Ensure merchandising levels in the storeare met as per the brand guidelines
- Ensure instore stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves/counters, atappropriate times
- Report stock shortages usingthe stock order form
- Ensure stock receipt asper set procedures.
