- Design and implement the OffshoreConstruction Strategy related to Platform installation andbrownfield/greenfield hook-upactivities.
- Manage the 'OffshoreInstallation' Design and Construction Teams, and theHook-Up Teams and any brownfield onshore construction work relatedto platform installation and brownfield/greenfield hook-upactivities.
- Assist in preparing andimplementing Project Execution Plan.
- Implementproject safety and protection ofenvironment.
- Carry out incident / accidentinvestigations reporting related to Platform Installation workand/or brownfield work.
- Support and cordon theoffshore execution phase, considering assistance during thepreparatory engineering phase aswell.
- Participate in the recruitment of hook-upstaff as per project requirement and activityworkload.
- Participate in the selection of thehook-up support vessel and spread forproject.
- Prepare hook-up procedures, worksequences, man-hours estimates, planning development, executionplans of project.
- Define and followMobilization / Demobilization plan of personnel required forproject.
- Define and follow Mobilization /Demobilization of Materials, Equipment's required forproject.
- Define Procurement plan for projectrelative to equipment, materials, consumables, subcontractorsneeds.
- Follow-up procurement, utilization,maintenance, storage of the hook-up equipment and tools duringproject execution.
- Follow hook-up consumablesand Fabrication sites follow-up on theproject
- Engineering or management degree orequivalent industry experience orcertification
- Experience in associatedIndustry
- Experience in management or seniorleadership position
