SELMA BENOMAR Atelier, an esteemed and exclusive designer atelier, is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our luxury designer products to discerning customers, working closely with our production team to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our luxury designer products to potential customers, delivering exceptional customer service and personalized experiences.

Collaborate closely with the production team to understand product specifications, customization options, and delivery timelines.

Engage with clients to identify their needs, provide expert recommendations, and assist in the selection process.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique features, craftsmanship, and quality of our luxury fashion creations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, nurturing long-term partnerships and fostering customer loyalty.

Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring accurate order specifications and favorable terms for both the client and the atelier.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage customer expectations throughout the production process

Attend events, fashion shows and photoshoots as needed by the management.

Organize Private viewing for customers wishing the UAE and across GCC as needed.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and contribute to sales forecasts.

  • Proven track record of success in luxury fashion sales or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English is a must (written and spoken)
  • Passion for luxury fashion, with a keen eye for design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
  • Strong sales acumen and persuasive communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm client relationships.
  • Ability to work closely with the production team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Selfmotivated, targetoriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for sales meetings, client visits, and industry events.
  • Able to work on a stressful environment during high seasons and collections launching.

Experience:


  • Sales in
Luxury Fashion: 3 years (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic and English (preferred)
