    Aldar Education are currently seeking a Marketing Executive – Aldar Education (Maternity Cover) for 3 months to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE.     Responsibilities

    Main Duties

    • To be responsible for the delivery of marketing activities for internal and external stakeholders to promote Aldar Education and its portfolio of schools.
    • To be the main point of contact for marketing requests (design work, events support...) and day-day tasks.
    • To be responsible for all events management and in schools' activation for prospective parents.

    Specific Duties

    • To promote, showcase and market the school to both external and internal stakeholders – primarily parents, prospective parents, local and national businesses, press and social media outlets.
    • Through a range of marketing, communication and social media tactics develop stronger loyalty and advocacy for the school and the wider Aldar Education group to ensure school meets its recruitment, reputation, and enrolments' targets.
    • To support the Marketing manager in the execution of the marketing strategy and support the creation of a school specific marketing plans, working closely alongside with the respective Principal.
    • To coordinate the production and execution of campaign production schedules, enabling the production teams to gather all required content (across video, voice recordings, photography, interviews, and written content).
    • To plan the schools' print marketing needs for the year and liaise with the graphic designer to coordinate production schedule and ensure delivery to school in a timely manner.
    • To support the schools with the development of their annual internal and external communications plans in line with their USPs and key messages specific to the school to initiate internal events and showcase students' success stories.
    • To coordinate key content production, incl. scheduling across social media platforms to build on schools generated content and increase their visibility to new audiences through planned use of social media boosts.
    • To support with management of the digital campaigns for all schools and review monthly performance for optimizations.
    • To work with third-party website to create PR opportunities and increase awareness.
    • To create an annual schedule of website updates for the school and take responsibility for planning and liaising with each PRE, to ensure all content is refreshed regularly, at appropriate times in the year.
    • To coordinate internally focused parent/community events to engage parents in school activities and celebrations and report on outcome of events.
    • To plan, coordinate and support the PRE in designing material to support and promote the school's academic and non-academic achievements.
    • To guide and ensure that the school meets Aldar Education branding guidelines. This will be regularly reviewed and includes, signage, collateral, touch points, etc...

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing

    Minimum Experience

    • Experience in a marketing and/or communications

    • Fluent English & Arabic communication skills, written and oral.
    • Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner.
    • Effective communicator at different levels, both orally and in writing.

    • Computer literate, including all social media platforms.
