Description
We are looking for a friendly salesperson to assist customers in our store.

The salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find items in the store, and ringing up purchases.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and informative environment.
  • Recommend books based on customers' interests, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain the store's visual appeal and organize product displays creatively.
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.

Salesperson Responsibilities:

Passion for literature and a strong knowledge of different book genres.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales experience preferred but not required; a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.

Greet customers.
Help customers find items in the store.
Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
Provide customers with information about items.
Elevate complaints to management.
Keep track of inventory.


Salesperson Requirements:

A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible work hours.
Basic mathematic skills.
Prior experience in retail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Motivation to work through busy shifts.
Fluent in English


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month
