Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team for a construction projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project from start to finish, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage all phases of the construction project, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in UAE.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in UAE.
