The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process at Atlans Flour Mill LLC.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all production targets are met, and that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality.

The Manufacturing Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers, ensuring that they are properly trained and that they work in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production activities to ensure that all production targets are met
• Monitor production processes to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality
• Supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Train new employees on production processes and safety procedures
• Ensure that all production equipment is maintained and repaired as needed
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that there are adequate supplies to meet production needs
• Implement and maintain production procedures and guidelines
• Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures

Working Conditions:
The Manufacturing Supervisor will work in a manufacturing environment and may be required to work on the production floor.

This role may require working on weekends and outside of regular business hours to ensure that production targets are met.

AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
