- Undertakes production ofadvertisements, hotel collateral and otherprojects.
- Oversees layout and design ofadvertisements, collateral and any otherprojects.
- Proposes new and creativeideas/concepts to improve overall collateralstandards.
- Co-ordinates work and productionschedule with the Marketing CommunicationsManager.
- Studies and prepares layouts, sketchesof proposed illustrations, and related materials to become familiarwith assignment.
- Determines style, techniques,and medium best suited to produce desired effects and conform toreproduction requirements, or receives specific instructionsregarding these variables.
- Formulates conceptand renders illustration and detail from models, sketches, memory,and imagination.
- Discusses illustration atvarious stages of completion and makes changes asnecessary.
- Selects type, draws lettering, laysout material, or performs relatedduties.
- Liaises with Materials Department andworks with suppliers and other departments to professionally andcompetently execute all projects.
- Assists withinternal photography of events or VIP arrivals whererequired.
- Produces within the specifiedguidelines all promotional collateral required for both Rooms andFood & Beverage.
