Overview of the role

What you will do

  • Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of regular reporting to different business functions using Tableau/Power BI, PowerPoint etc. This includes development of new dashboards and maintenance of existing based on business need
  • Design and create adhoc data reports to capture key insight trends. Own the development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports to drive key business decisions.

  • Design and create adhoc data reports to capture key insight trends. Own the development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports to drive key business decisions.
  • Outsource Manpower Cost (Malls)
  • Responsible to collate the information received from multiple outsource vendors and perform detailed analysis on the manpower cost spent and headcount. Share monthly analysis & key findings on over/under spend
  • Accountable to create data model and perform analysis for any outsource business case within real estate. This helps management to take key decisions in terms on vendor selection, transiting to outsource, selecting right benefits for outsourced employees and driving efficiencies.
  • Support Analytics Team & HRBPs in annual manpower budgeting and quarterly forecast process.
  • Consolidate all HR assumptions and budget inputs for management review and finalisation
  • Perform analysis regularly and monitor manpower spend against budget, highlight any abnormal trends to the management.
  • Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies in the reporting data.
  • Develops designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances HR DB/tables and codes.
  • Automate integration of multiple datapoints to have up to date customized reporting available for all businesses under real estate.
  • Create engaging presentation reflecting data both electronically and in person to clearly articulates findings, analysis, assumptions or reflect on suggestions that can influence decisions or be used effectively and practically by the stakeholder
  • Support in consolidation of all group related data requests from HRBPs within all functions in reals estate
  • Identifies opportunities for improving AFGRE internal HR processes by creating standard templates

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, MIS or other Business & IT related disciplines
  • Develop and analyze data, perform trend analysis, and identify data discrepancies
  • Develop ongoing data review tactics, identify data discrepancies and perform data cleanup when needed
  • Identify, manage and resolve project risks and issues
  • Knowledge of HR metrics will be advantageous
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or other quantitative disciplines within a high performing business
  • Experience of delivering visual analytics using BI tools; Tableau, Power BI
  • Experience of working with multiple data sources (e.g. Access, Excel, SQL Databases etc.) and statistical analytics tools
  • Experience of using a major ERP system like SAP
  • Proven track record in delivering information and insights to mid/higher management
