Description
We are looking for experienced JOINERYPRODUCTION / FACTORY SUPERVISOR to join a full-time job in Joinery company.


Job Descriptions:


  • Ensuring that all production equipment is in operating condition
  • Oversee the production processes and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources on hand and workflow meets the required deadlines.
  • Responsible for allocating labour resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Managing a team, primarily carpenters, helpers in the manufacturing process
  • Responsible for leading the whole production process of interior / joinery projects for customers
  • Regular meetings with the customers & stakeholders on the projects
  • Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion
  • Coordinating with all shop drawings, generating cutting lists and implementing quality control
  • Liaises with Design, Procurement and Projects coordinators
  • Production planning, scheduling, and quality assurance
  • Management of a pricing / budget & project P&L
  • Evaluating workers' performance

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1. Minimum of 5+ years' similar experience in the Management of joinery / manufacturing industry specializing in mall and other villa work experience
  • 2. Degree in Engineering or equivalent and Proficient in the use of computeraided design (CAD) software
  • 3. Broad knowledge of Joinery manufacturing and production processes and concepts.
  • 4. Must have strong communication and Software skills
  • 5. Great understanding of design drawings
  • 6. Leadership skills managing a team
  • 7. Must be able to cater the clients' requirements by providing a technical solution in the presales process with the team.
  • 8. available on visit visa/ cancel visa. immediate joiner.

Only Experienced Joinery Production Supervisor Can Apply.(NEED min 2 years DXB EXPERIENCE)


Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
