**Description: - At the present time we are seeking an experienced Kitchen Utility Worker/Dishwasher to assist kitchen staff with various tasks. This position includes washing all kitchen items for the Food Service Department to help maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all guests and staff. The position also involves sweeping. mopping and cleaning of equipment. such as mixers. slicers. peelers. fryers. blender and counters.

Additional job responsibilities include:

- .Clean. prep and wash dishware. silverware. glassware. pots and pans.
- .Ensure all chemical dispensers are working and cleaning supplies are adequate. Use all safety equipment to meet HACCP standards.
- .Sweep and mop floors as directed.
- .Empty and clean garbage from kitchen to dumpster.
- .Assist with heavy lifting.
- .Daily cleaning of steam kettle. grill. range tops. brazier. stainless steel surfaces. dish racks. dish storage areas. dishwasher and dishwashing area.
- .Monthly cleaning of all kitchen surfaces. including walls. ceilings
