Housekeeping Staff
Our company is currently in need of housekeeping staff who would handle and monitor the cleanliness of the facility.


Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate
  • At least 1 year of experience as a housekeeper preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Male Applicants are preferred.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Working quickly without compromising quality
  • Able to follow instructions accurately

Responsibilities:


  • Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Ensuring all areas in the facility are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any companyrelated practices
  • Ensure that trash bins are routinely monitored and not overflowing.
  • Attends restrooms by cleaning and wiping down countertops, sink basins, and mirrors and sanitizing toilet/urinals.
  • Cleaning and wiping down doors and walls as necessary.
  • Cleans and dusts all appropriate surface areas in break rooms and common areas as well as production areas throughout the Company, including but not limited to countertops, tables, desks, chairs, microwaves, refrigerators, and equipment.
  • Cleans and wipes down windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Dusts furniture, walls, office machines and equipment.
  • Cleans all floors in hallways, office areas, Clinic areas, and general work areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.
  • Informs Supervisor of any needed repairs to facilities and/or equipment.
  • Restocks supplies in restrooms, pantry, and common areas as necessary.
  • Requests needed supplies and equipment in a timely manner as to not hinder continued execution of job duties.
  • Follows all safety procedures for use of chemical cleaners, disinfectants, and cleaning equipment.
  • Maintains janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
  • Performs other tasks related to the designated job as instructed by the management.
