Coordinate with security, cleaners & FM companyManage and organize rental collectionsOrganise and implement cost efficiencies within the building with direction from the Head of Property ManagementDaily maintenance managementEJARI registrationCoordinating with tenancy renewal coordinators for tenancy renewalsArranging move in inspections/ move out inspectionsSecurity deposit settlements with tenants & landlordEnsuring units are ready for next tenantMonthly & weekly reporting to the client and internal senior managementManaging occupancy levels with listing agentsInvestigating any building complaints and rental violationsCommunicating any notices or changes to all tenants in the buildingArranging communal areas FM/MEPKeep all digital records updatedWill be required to visit and be familiarised with the buildingAbout You:OrganizedWell versed in presenting reports (verbal/written)
