    PanzerGlass is one of the leading brands in screen protection on a global scale. You will be responsible for delivering sales revenue according to growth targets leveraging the PanzerGlass Sales Operating Model.

    Key responsibilities

    You can anticipate efficiently propelling and optimizing PanzerGlass Retail sales within the region both in offline and online domains. As a leader your primary responsibility will be to serve as a mentor and coach ensuring the successful implementation of PanzerGlass strategic direction. This involves guiding and motivating the sales team through coaching feedback and leading by personal example.

    Additionally your leadership responsibilities will be related to:

    • Ensure a shared language with the commercial leadership team for alignment.
    • Manage talent and develop team members to execute our new sales philosophy.
    • Provide datadriven advice on customer sellout enduser knowledge and understanding of their needs.

    Your sales responsibilities will be related to:

    • Budget oversight for the regions revenue and volume targets.
    • Management of cost budgets and establishment of PanzerGlass product routes.
    • Collaboration with Marketing for sales and marketing plans in the region.
    • New opportunity identification and quarterly business reviews with key customers.
    • Implementation of valueadded services and participation in crossborder meetings.

    Your profile

    Your telecom experience spans working with major brand owners and distribution companies showcasing expertise in sales strategies planning and execution notably with strong negotiation abilities. Your proficiency in analyzing markets and understanding consumer behaviors is commendable. In your previous retail roles you successfully collaborated with channel partners highlighting your adaptability in diverse fastpaced settings and your ability to effortlessly manage multiple tasks.

    Your approach is solutionfocused excelling in recognizing opportunities within challenges. This aptitude extends to handling objections and comprehending partner decisionmaking. Your skill lies in guiding customers to prioritize screen protection through insightful questioning. Your adeptness in utilizing neurosciencebased sales and change management strategies secures commitment contributing to driving progress in global key accounts.

    In terms of leadership style you establish clear communication with commercial leadership to ensure alignment. Your talent management and development skills effectively implement new sales approaches offering datadriven insights to team members regarding customer behavior and needs.

    Furthermore your exceptional presentation and communication skills combined with fluency in English complement your diverse skill set.
