Description
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- Distribute projectrelated copies to internal teams.
- Copy, scan and store documents.
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Job Requirements:
- BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field.
- Two years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
- Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling.
- Handson experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
- Proficient typing and editing skills.
- Timeoriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
