Responsibilities:


  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
  • Distribute projectrelated copies to internal teams.
  • Copy, scan and store documents.
  • Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).
  • File documents in physical and digital records.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.

Job Requirements:


  • BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field.
  • Two years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
  • Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling.
  • Handson experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Proficient typing and editing skills.
  • Timeoriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
