Though based in Dubai you will be providing your services for a London based Pharmacy/clinic situated London. You will be working very closely with the managing partner who is based in Dubai.
Must have easy access to Downtown/DIFC
MAIN PURPOSE

Responsible for the roll out and continued product offering for a new E-commerce pharmacy platform for an established high end pharmacy in London.
Reporting directly to the managing partner, the E-Commerce Manager will effectively be taking ownership of creating the graphics / presentation/ of the website, from devising the overall graphic design strategy with the internal teams, to monitoring its impact.
This will suit someone keen to explore their creative g skills to be employed in marketing and e-commerce whilst also engaging with their interest within the market sector.
Responsibilities:
Management
Creating and Onboarding of all products onto the platform and categorising.
- Manage the Visual merchandising of all categories across the sites for enhanced user experience.
- Ensure right presence of top skus to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through online brand pages and product details pages and compelling reasons to drive purchase
- Develop social and digital marketing plan for the site. Be able to produce content for social media using graphic design skills.
- Work closely with Web development team to ensure better user experience
- Work closely with London team to ensure pricing, campaigns etc are all fully shared and discussed.
- Build a sustainable relationship, answering day to day client enquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Devise and develop monthly / Quarterly campaigns in line with product/brand national advertising campaigns
- Liaise with brands to collate advertising information and schedules.
- Liaise with design team in London
- Support the development of London based ecommerce and omnichannel strategies;
- Attending meetings and networking with Managing partner at key events in Dubai and other regions potentially.
- Collate and update the weekly report and validate the data reported.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce.
- Analytical skills with knowledge of Excel, Power Point
- Expertise in ecommerce business, including knowledge of market place and pure play ecommerce;
- Understanding of social and digital trends in the market;
- Experience with Retail or/and Beauty sector is an advantage;
- Understanding of digital and tech savviness are key skill;
- Think like start up mentality: staying proactive, flexible and adaptable in rapidly changing environment;
- Handson mentality, not afraid to tackle administrative tasks
- Being a creative thinker;
- Professional in personal presentation
- Speak English fluently.
