Hospitality Sector

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
  • Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.
  • Attend to distinguished visitors (such as VIPs) and respond to their questions.
  • Promote services and provide information about amenities, the neighbourhood, and venues.
  • Promote events currently happening at the venue
  • Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
  • Address customer complaints and, if necessary, escalate to the Manager. Log information in the logbook on a daily basis.
  • Assure that health and quality standards are met.
  • Record guest information in the logbook or reservation system on daily basis
  • Be attentive at all possible times to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Achieve targets in upselling to potential guests
  • Resolve guest issues if any with the FOH team.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Guest relation: 3 years (required)
