Hospitality Sector- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
- Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.
- Attend to distinguished visitors (such as VIPs) and respond to their questions.
- Promote services and provide information about amenities, the neighbourhood, and venues.
- Promote events currently happening at the venue
- Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address customer complaints and, if necessary, escalate to the Manager. Log information in the logbook on a daily basis.
- Assure that health and quality standards are met.
- Record guest information in the logbook or reservation system on daily basis
- Be attentive at all possible times to ensure guest satisfaction
- Achieve targets in upselling to potential guests
- Resolve guest issues if any with the FOH team.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Guest relation: 3 years (required)
