Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the daytoday operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.
Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to perform at their best.
Ensure the bar is fully stocked, managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with customers, enhancing their satisfaction and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage scheduling and payroll for bar personnel.
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Monitor financial transactions and assist with budget preparation to achieve financial objectives.
Create and update the bar menu, incorporating new and exciting beverage options.
Handle customer complaints, resolving issues with a customerfirst approach.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospitality or bar setting.
Strong knowledge of bar operations, including beverage service and inventory management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A keen interest in sports, with knowledge of current sporting events and trends preferred.
Capable of handling a fastpaced environment and making quick, effective decisions.
Proficiency in pointofsale (POS) software and financial management.
Relevant certification or training in hospitality or business management is advantageous.

Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
