The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minutes taking.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and executed.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, proposing and implementing solutions as necessary.
  • Assist with resource allocation and procurement of materials or services required for project implementation.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on milestones, deliverables, and budget adherence.
  • Support the project manager in identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing project workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years in project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
