Responsibilities:
You are comfortable working iteratively and taking on new information to pivot your thinking to find the best solution(s) to a given problem.
You are a well-rounded designer, just as comfortable talking about user flows and interaction models, as you are pushing pixels into the perfect position to create delightful experiences.
You are systematic in your approach to design, being able to create and maintain systems for your products and operate with design systems.
You have the ability to wear multiple hats as you venture into the realms of product design and graphic design, both as an owner and practitioner.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in design, either in-house or agency sideA track record of shipping products people love and a portfolio to prove itThe ability to develop in-depth understanding and empathy with our target audiencesStrong design aesthetic and a broad range of styles, with the ability to create multiple takes on a given state or experience.
