    A Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for managing the Kids Club operations, team, and training to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while generating revenue and operating within the annual budget.

    What will I be doing

    As Kids Club Supervisor, you are responsible for managing the Kids Club operations, team, and training to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Kids Club Supervisor will also be required to operate within the annual budget and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Manage operations effectively
    • Focus on meeting and exceeding agreed revenue targets
    • Operate within the departmental annual budget
    • Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and program improvement
    • Liaise with other hotel departments and local attractions
    • Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members
    • Oversee the recruiting, managing, training and development of the team
    • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved
    • Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed
    • Ensure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients and guests

    • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury or 5-star hotel
    • Passion for customer service
    • Understanding of a children's environment
    • A certificate in childcare and/or education or equivalent will be an advantage.
