    Description

    As a Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry Kitchen,you are responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchenwhile working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef todeliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Demi Chef DePartie - Pastry Kitchen will also be required to plan productionand develop seasonal offerings. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

    • Assist runningthe pastry section of the kitchen
    • Ensureexcellent quality throughout the dessertofferings
    • Bring creativity to the pastryofferings
    • Supervise and coordinate all pastryand dessert preparation and presentation
    • Planproduction to facilitate dailyrequirements
    • Develop appropriate seasonal menuofferings
    • Manage food cost controls tocontribute to Food and Beverage revenue
    • Ensurecompliance with food hygiene and Health and Safetyregulations
