Zayed University is a federal institution of the United Arab Emirates.

It is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and provides high quality education in English for over 9000 Emirati students on campuses in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The College of Business offers bachelor's degrees in Accounting, finance, management/ human resources and marketing and master's degree in finance.

The Opportunity
Zayed University's College of Business is seeking Visiting Assistant Professor in Finance. Positions are available with possible start dates of January 2023.

Successful applicants will be expected to teach sections of upper level courses in finance and economics including introductory finance and economics courses.

Successful applicants are expected to have quality academic research with output published in highly regarded academic journals.

There will be opportunities to work with the existing finance and economics faculty whose interests lie in banking, corporate governance, financial technologies, Islamic finance, among and finance topics, if interested.

The Requirements

Applicants should have completed a PhD with a specialization in finance from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited business school from a QS ranked university.
Applicants are expected to have a record of publications in Scopus listed and ABDC ranked journals. Evidence of excellence in teaching across a variety of finance courses is essential.
