The Technical Architect will beresponsible for designing developing and implementing technicalarchitecture solutions that
meet our organizations needs.The Technical Architect will work closely with crossfunctionalteams to identify business
requirements and translatethem into technical solutions. This includes evaluating andrecommending technology solutions
developing architectureroadmaps and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver highqualitysolutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understandtheir requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions.
2. Evaluate and recommend technology solutionsthat align with the organizations strategic direction andgoals.
3. Develop and maintain technical architectureroadmaps that guide the organizations technologyinvestments.
4. Work closely with IT leadership toestablish technical standards and guidelines.
5. Lead thedesign and implementation of complex technical solutions thatintegrate with existing systems.
6. Collaborate withproject managers to ensure that technical solutions are deliveredon time and within budget.
7. Conduct feasibility studiesand proofofconcept exercises to evaluate new technologies andsolutions.
8. Stay current with industry trends andemerging technologies and make recommendations for how theorganization can
leverage these advancements.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners andvendors.
10. Define and manage the technical architecturegovernance process.
11. Provide guidance and mentorshipto junior team members.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or arelated field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in atechnical architecture role preferably in a large enterpriseenvironment.
3. Indepth knowledge of technicalarchitecture principles patterns and frameworks.
4.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networkingstorage and servers.
5. Experience with cloud computingplatforms such as AWS or Azure.
6. Proficient in at leastone programming language such as Java Python or C#.
7.Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOpspractices.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to communicate technical information tonontechnical
stakeholders.
9. Proven trackrecord of delivering successful technical architectureprojects.
10. Strong analytical and problemsolving skillswith the ability to think strategically and outside thebox.
11. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment andadapt quickly to changing priorities.
12. Strongleadership skills with the ability to motivate and guidecrossfunctional teams.
13. Certification in a relevanttechnical discipline such as TOGAF or AWS Certified SolutionsArchitect.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or arelated field.
2. Experience with microservicesarchitecture and containerization technologies such as Docker andKubernetes.
3. Familiarity with big data and analyticstechnologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
4. Knowledge ofcybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
5.Experience with IT service management frameworks such asITIL.
6. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices suchas Jenkins and continuous deployment.
7. Experience withcloud migration and hybrid cloud environments.
8. Strongscripting skills such as PowerShell or Bash.
9.Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learningtechnologies.
