    Description

    As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing various events & concerts in the sports and dynamic UAE entertainment scene. Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, venues, and potential customers to partner with us.

    Responsibilities:

    Prospect and Generate Leads:

    Identify and target potential clients, including event organisers, promoters, and venues.

    Conduct market research to stay updated on upcoming events and industry trends.

    Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

    Sales Presentations:

    Create compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our services.

    Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to potential clients.

    Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and advantages.

    Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with event organisers and venues.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

    Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    Sales Negotiation:

    Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

    Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Market Analysis:

    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

    Provide regular reports on market conditions and suggest strategies for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    7+ years of experience, preferably in sales & product contracting

    Preferred experience with event organisers, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

    Strong negotiation and communication skills.

    Familiarity with the UAE entertainment industry and events landscape.

    Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

    Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
