Customer Service AssistantMoellhausen ME - Dubai
The professional will be based at our office in Dubai JAFZA and will support the activities of our Sales Regional
Managers
Tasks:
- Ensure regular and detailed customer followup
- Entering sampling into the system
- Support during meetings with clients
- Preparation of the sample selection list, entry of projects
- Support for business travellers
- Sending of market reports
- Communicate feedback to sales representatives
- Track visit reports
- Help with the preparation of reports or correspondence
- Monitors the projects of Sales executive
- Enter quotations upon request
- Prepares samples, correspondence reports and pyramids for client visits or meetings
- Sending of market reports
- Must be willing to travel few times per year if necessary to support the Sales activities
Skills and qualifications:
- Having a driving license and a car recommended
- English and Arabic fluent practice is mandatory
- 5 years minimum experience in Customer Service Assistant
- 3 years minimum experience in UAE
- Selfmotivation autonomy
- Integrity
- Organizational capacities
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Team work ability
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent proficiency in IT and Pack Office
- Microsoft Navision and CRM knowledge are real assets
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Customer Service: 5 years (required)
Language:
- English and Arabic (required)
