Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of Alliance Ventura Holiday Homes Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's expansion plans.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for various roles within the holiday homes division.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.

Screening and Evaluation:

Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process.

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements of each holiday home property.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to the development and promotion of Alliance Ventura Holiday Homes Dubai as an employer of choice.
Implement strategies to enhance the company's reputation in the talent market.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
Familiarity with Dubai's talent market and recruitment trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.

Salary:
AED6, AED10,000.00 per month
