JobDescription

• Conductcomprehensive market research and financial analysis to identifyattractive investment opportunities in the renewable energy andimpact investment sectors.
• Prepare detailedfinancial models valuation analyses and investment memos to supportinvestment decisionmaking processes.
• Assist inthe due diligence process including analyzing industry trendscompetitive landscapes and conducting companyspecificresearch.
• Collaborate with the deal team tostructure and negotiate transactions including drafting investmentdocumentation term sheets and legal agreements.
• Monitor portfolio companies performance and prepareperiodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of investor presentations fundraising materials and investor relations activities.
• Stay updated on industry developments regulatory changesand emerging trends in renewable energy and impactinvestments.

TheSuccessful Applicant

• Bachelors degree in finance economics or a related field from areputable university. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 13 years of relevant work experience in bulgebracket investment banks or private equity firms with a focus onrenewable energy infrastructure power impact investments or relatedsectors.
• Strong financial modelling skills andproficiency in analyzing complex financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in Arabic Russian or Turkish is preferred in addition toEnglish.
• Demonstrated ability to conductthorough due diligence and effectively communicate investmentrecommendations.
• Strong attention to detailanalytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector including solarwind hydro and energy storage is preferred.
• Familiarity with ESG (Environmental Social andGovernance) principles and impact investing frameworks is aplus.
• Passion for sustainable investing andmaking a positive impact on the environment and society.
