• Developan information security management strategy that is aligned toservice and operational requirements and develop informationsecurity design criteria and templates.
• Reviewservice level and business requirements to develop servicemethodologies and an information security policy, assessments andmethodologies.
• Review the security policy withthe relevant 3rd parties ensuring that ISM service requirements aremet and that integration into access management and securityreporting occurs.
• Log major service requestsfor ISM transition and ensure that service activation, knowledgetransfer and change management processes takesplace.
• Manage the prevention and resolution ofsecurity breaches and ensure incident and problem managementprocesses are initiated.
• Perform accessmanagement activities according to thepolicy.
• Develop, scope and discuss securityservice audit schedules, review access authorisation and performthe required access controls and penetration testing to identifysecurity weaknesses.
• Document improvement inservice design and ensure that the required security plan isdeveloped and reviewed.
