- Minimum of 5 years of experiencein a BIM CAD role within the urban planning or relatedfield.
- Proficiency in MicroStation Connect andCivil 3D software is essential.
- Strongunderstanding of BIM principles, workflows, andstandards.
- Excellent attention to detail andproblem-solving skills.
- Effective communicationand collaboration skills to work seamlessly within amultidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of urbanplanning concepts and terminology is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with theability to effectively engage with different personalitytypes.
