Role:
Senior / Motion Graphic Designer

Work Exp required: 5 to 8 Years

We are looking for a creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer who specializes in web design and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

He/she will report to the Creative Director and will work with a team of designers and copywriters to create unique and informed concepts.

He/she will coordinate with internal departments to discuss and establish project concepts, research current trends and the target demographic, and design and troubleshoot the visual aspects of a project, from the initial planning stages until the finished output.

They should possess an understanding of design concepts, marketing avenues and be well versed in design software.

To succeed as a Senior Motion Graphic Designer at our company, he/she should be a creative and communicative multitasker. They should be perceptive and detail-oriented with a great mind for developing and realizing the vision of the brand.

Responsibilities:

Understand design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Create Motion Graphics for various marketing platforms (e.g., social media, digital advertisements, print, apps and website, etc.)
Ensure final Motion Graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
Amend designs after feedback
Design, develop and deliver dynamic HTML5 ad banners quickly and efficiently for marketing and branding campaigns
Provide web design support in other areas (e.g., website, EDM, print design) as needed
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and reflect it through fresh and creative work
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to optimize the quality and effectiveness of the work delivered

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
Between 5 to 8 Years of experience in motion graphic design with a supporting portfolio, more education, or industryspecific knowledge may be required.
Proficiency with Mac/Windows OS and Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software and tools.
High level of accountability and motivation.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Creativity and receptiveness to feedback.
