Description
Providing administrative support to the sales and leasing teams, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and handling correspondence.

  • Coordinating with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
  • Handling inquiries from clients and other parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting in other adhoc tasks as required by the management.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required.
