Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tendering Officer to join our team.

As a Tendering Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for goods and services required by our organization.


Please note:
This position does not pertain to the construction and engineering industry or similar.

Preferred Industry:
Events, Digital Marketing, Recruitment, Healthcare

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for goods and services required by the organization.
  • Identify and assess potential suppliers to ensure that they meet the organization's requirements.
  • Prepare and issue tenders, request for proposals (RFPs), and request for quotations (RFQs).
  • Evaluate supplier responses to tenders and negotiate contracts with successful bidders.
  • Ensure compliance with the organization's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
  • Maintain records of all procurement activities and track budgets.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure that all procurement activities are coordinated effectively.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management.
  • Experience working with procurement software and systems.
  • Must know how to Identify, Analyze and Submit Tenders (Both for Technical and Financial)
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
