GENERAL MANAGER
Urgently required GENERAL MANAGER for the retail store (Departmental store) in Sharjah.

  • Manages day to day operations including department or section setup and inventory control. Ensures the smooth and effective functioning of store
  • Experience in managing the retail store sales team.
  • Training employees and providing performance feedback, while ensuring that they are complying with company policies and procedures
  • Reviewing financial reports, customer satisfaction surveys, and other data to identify opportunities for improvement or changes in store operation
  • Establishing and enforcing store policies to ensure customer satisfaction and employee safety.
  • Ensure that department store is always presented and merchandised to the highest standards whilst maintaining focus on the most profitable items and ensuring delivery of the retail KPIs
  • To understand daily, weekly and monthly store targets, clearly identifying what this means in terms of sales, profitability, costs, staffing levels and ensuring this information is communicated effectively to the team
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote products and boost sales.
  • Must have close interaction with all departments so that operation and administration works go well and moving towards company objectives.
