Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the Special Corporate segment of the Hotel (i.e. RFP Accounts)To identify, solicit & prospect new business opportunities with potential revenue for all areas of the Hotel i.e.

Guestrooms (Transient & Groups), catering events, FnB outlets, etc)Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new corporate customers to enable future bookings.

Activities include sales calls, entertainment, sales trips, roadshows, site inspections etc.
To meet and exceed individual and team targets


Requirements:
Pro-active, self-motivated, loves challengesA minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5-star HotelExcellent communication skillsThe ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environmentPassion to lead and a desire to succeed
