    Position Summary &Main Purpose
    Strong consumer centric leader with apassion for driving efficiency. Drive excellence in productdelivery to market while achieving critical Supply Chain OperationsKPIs. Foster continuous improvement in Brand Company management andsupply planning processes. Own the relationship with Global BrandCompanies to improve product availability and supply chainefficiencies and establish robust processes and ways of working
    Key Responsibilities and JobRelated Characteristics:
    1. Responsible for Supply budget planning and control
    • This position is responsible fordriving excellence in product availability to market whileachieving critical Supply Chain Operations KPIs.
    • This individual will lead continuous improvement insupply planning processes and efficiencies. Act as the key liaisonwith Global Brand Company counterparts to ensure successful roll upof the supply plan.
    • This position will partnerwith key stakeholders in Operations Sales Finance Marketing andCustomers to achieve customer service excellence
    • Controls the commercial impact of the complete range ofactivities from receiving locating and dispatching sourcingpurchasing and optimizing inventory levels
    2. Contribute to inventory budget construction
    • Responsible for supply budget andcontrol
    • Establish guidelines of supplyforecast to align with the budget of the company
    • Preparation of Inventory and payables for financereporting
    • Manage CTS reports and Supply ChainKPIs
    3. Supply Chain vision and strategy
    • Leading of a strong S&OPprocess to achieve with Collaborative Business Planning and toolsenhancement
    • Control harmonization andoptimization of planning and purchasing
    • Ensuring optimal forecast planning replenishment planninginventory management as well as supply of goods
    • Responsible for compliance with the Supply Chain KPIsincluding ensuring a meaningful and reliable Asiareporting
    • S&R agenda
    Key Relationships Customer Service Team: providesseamless activities to ensure service to the customer at both sitesare conducted effectively and efficiently Distributors: toimplement in coordination with relevant stakeholders Brand teams:to contribute to brand development and translate brand plans intochannel activity Sales Teams: to communicate and reinforce brandplans implement negotiate agreed activity and gather customerintelligence during regular meetings Key agencies to effectivelymanage projects
    Profile Requirements (Education /Experience & Background / Skills & Competencies)
    • University degree holder preferredin Supply Chain/Logistics or Financial Accountancy
    • 35 years experience in a supply chain department orrelated function
    • Good understanding ofwarehousing import/export procedures and distribution processes anddocuments
    • Proficiency in statisticsforecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding or theirfinancial and operational impacts
    • ExperienceAnaplan or Oracle demand planning or any other software related todemand planning preferred
    • Proficient with MSOffice Strong excel skills are mandatory
    • Ability to place service and quality at the centre of thebusiness making sure customer satisfaction is optimum
    • Energetic and proactive individual with stronginterpersonal analytical organizational and time managementskills
    • Ability to handle pressure and makedecisions quickly
    • Strong English skills(written/spoken) are mandatory
