    Role and Responsibilities

  • Role & responsibility Ensure Fleet achieve CAE & Departmental Key Performance Indicators as per the guideline and report fleet statistics to the Head of Technical Operations on regular basis. Support the Fleet & Device Caretaker responsibilities as per allocation.Accountable for an allocated fleet of simulators. Ensure all open DRs are brought to closure in a timely manner. Arrange Regular meetings with Chief instructors of the allocated fleet, review their input and initiate actions. Schedule and conduct device defect review meetings, create report and share the outcome with the team. Do follow up actions for the closure of issues related to the fleet.Manage scheduling and execution of SFTS, Snag Clearance sessions according to the fleet assignment. Responsible for software configuration management of their assigned fleet including proper completion of documentation. Uses skills, broad expertise, and/or unique knowledge to meet the company's goals in creative and effective solutions.Participate in authority sim evaluations. Coordinate with the maintenance team in shift and prepare the devices well in advance for SIM qualifications. Researches on technical development in the industry to remain aware of new innovative technologies that may affect and improve current system's performance..
  • Other Requirements:
  • Has work experience preferably on software development from a simulator manufacturing company.Aviation experience in the Business Aircraft or simulator manufacturing environment is most desirable (5-8 years)Bachelor's degree in engineering.A good background in electrical, electronics or aeronautical engineering. Deep interest and comprehensive knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems.PC skills (Word, Excel, etc).
