One of the leading publiclylisted Middle East investment companies are hiring a Senior Legaland Compliance RERA regulatory expert to advise senior stakeholderson the regulatory landscape and acquisition strategy for amultibillion $ real estate portfolio across the UAE andGCC.

Role requirements;

The candidate must be able to implement sound AML regulatorypractice across the investment portfolio whilst adhering to RERAregulations.
You must be able to demonstrate expertknowledge in UAE Corporate Governance.
You will beresponsible for formulating developing and executing Compliancereview in accordance with the Group Compliance framework.
Responsible for maintaining effective working relationships withthe Executive and Operating Management.
Undertakeawareness sessions for relevant stakeholders.
Develop andimplement the Compliance Framework to verify compliance withapplicable RERA laws and regulations within the UAE.

Candidate Requirements;

You musthave worked in a PJSC or Plc Investment firm in the MiddleEast.
You must have worked in the Real Estate industrywithin a relevant Legal/ Compliance role.
You must havesound knowledge in RERA regulatory requirements.
Thecandidate must be an Arabic speaker.
The candidate mustbe SCA certified or has a strongknowledge.
